Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to from many key locations. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing us with everything we requested. the cleanliness of our room was exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, there was hot water available during our entire stay, which was perfect for showering on those chilly days.

The checkout process was a bit frustrating. the staff member who assisted us was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we questioned the price.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the amenities offered at the hotel including the free parking and free Wi-Fi. Its location near the city center and main shopping area was convenient for exploring the sights and sounds of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I also enjoyed the beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby that helped ot create the holiday spirit.

My checkout could have been better. The staff member was a bit difficult and seemed to be trying to overcharge me.

This hotel is conveniently situated near the train station making it easy to access. the room, bathroom, and service are as expected. the breakfast provided was good and had a good variety of options to choose from. the view from the room was also great. the hotel provides useful facilities and room advantages that are perfect for families to stay comfortably.
